An instantly-recognizable name in the world of international motorsports, Romain sustained a long and successful career in F1 – starting 181 Grand Prix and finishing on the podium ten times – before he joined the NTT INDYCAR SERIES grid in 2021.
The 37-year-old immediately found front-running pace on American asphalt and finished P13 in the 2023 drivers’ points. Scoring a brace of P2 finishes at Long Beach and Alabama was a reminder of the talent Romain possesses.
Moving to JHR for 2024 marks the beginning of a new and exciting challenge for the Frenchman. As a natural leader, he’s expected to boost the team’s performance levels both on and off the track.
